LOCAL STUDENTS
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
Compile clear digital copies of the following:
1. Recent 2x2 colored Photo
2. PSA Birth Certificate (Scanned copy in pdf format)
3. Report Cards
a. Complete Previous School Year
b. First quarter/semester of current year
FOREIGN STUDENTS
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
Compile clear digital copies of the following:
1. Recent 2x2 colored Photo
2. Birth Certificate with official English Translation
3. Report Cards
a. Complete Previous School Year
b. First quarter/semester of current year
4. Passport (Bio Page and Visa Stamp)
5. Alien Certificate Registration (I-Card)
FOR PRESCHOOL APPLICANTS
DepEd Order 47, s2016 requires that Kinder students be 5 Years old by October 31st because our School Year starts August. We accept younger students for our Nursery level as long as they are potty trained.
